Deep in the heart of Soho is Choci's Chewns run by Choci himself and assisted by Mishka and others. The first time we visted this shop about 5 years ago we found a warm welcome (sometimes unusual in West End record shops) and a huge selection of tougher dance records making this one top shop.

Choci's stocks hardhouse, trance, eurohouse, techno, rotterdam and acid of the finest order from the UK and Europe. Choci also runs his own labels such as Choci's Chewns, Cannon and VCF to name but a few with some of the hardest tracks you'll wish to meet, get them hoovers out. They even do mail order which is helpful if you can't get to London.

You will also find the usual merchandise, mix tapes, record bags, slipmats plus tickets for top Trance and Techno gigs.

Situated in the basement this is a shop with plenty of character, take the floor for instance, all ready for a game of chess if you need. A couple of comfy chairs around a table if you like to relax and 4 listening posts plus the house system. Don't be supprised if you hear one of Choci's creations booming out from the system while you're there.
