You
can always rely on Mac to turn out a good 'un and this is no
exception. Using a riff that sounds a bit like the one from
Robin S but cut up and a nicely filtered sample this bumps along
nicely with the oligatory breakdowns along the way. Not outstanding
but it'll keep the floor happy. Flip it over and it's more of
the same with b1, filtered samples and a breakdown. B2 almost
enters trance territory but starts of with a nice breakbeat
groove before hitting the normal housebeat.

funky, that's what we have here with a sampled guitar riff that
sound's like the Dobbie's Long Train, then it starts to go a
bit trancey in the breakdown and out with a good synth riff
and vox samples. A bit of a collision in styles but who cares
when it works.
The other side is more straight ahead with no funky guitar to
distract. Here you will find the usual synths and breakdowns

It's
been a while since we've heard from NBG but here they are back
with another one. Very similar to some of the old tracks with
a simple filtered one note keyboard line that helps build it
up al the while introducing other strange synth sounds before
hitting the a small breakdown and it's off again with all going
off. The flip is pretty much the same with a weaker rhythm tracks
and less of the weird noises.

is the 43rd release from the ever dependable Blue label and
pretty much what you would expect. Robin S type bass backed
by something a bit deeper and repetitive vox sample over a busy
rhythm track. Breaksdown where the lead synth riff kicks in

without a breakdown, shock gasp horror!

of with a sparse rhythm track before the a 1 note moog bass
and 303 type sound kick in. Then you can tell where this one
is coming from with the the crazy drummer beat. Breaksdown with
an your in ya face synth and that beat, slows down speeds up
and down and up before it all gathers pace, a hands in the air
moment and off we go.
The club mix is slightly more trancey but still with that euro
feel and all the usual suspects.
The E-craig mix is the best of the bunch, tougher than the rest
but with most of the recognisable bits in place and one hell
of a breakdown . Go get it if you can.

A
bit of a 666 rip off really but it's a bit off good fun if you're
not too serious, and let's be honest if you're in to EuroHouse
you don't take it to seriously. Kicks along quite nicely to
the breakdown with a great tongue in cheek monologue and we're
back again with a lead synth riff that just keeps going.
The 6th gate is more of the same but with a slightly different
riff and monologue. And to cap it all you get the a capella
so you can have some fun with the monologue yourself!
